Role & responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and BPO roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring quality talent within defined timelines while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and BPO positions (Volume & Niche hiring)
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and feedback
- Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Handle offer negotiation, salary discussion, and onboarding coordination
- Ensure closure of positions within TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for bulk hiring (BPO roles)
- Maintain employer branding through job postings and candidate interaction
- Track and report recruitment metrics (closure rate, source effectiveness, etc.)
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT and BPO hiring practices
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and pressure situations
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
