Job Description:
🛠Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on iodine-based and specialty chemical products
- Develop and optimize chemical synthesis processes
- Perform laboratory experiments, trials, and analysis
- Scale up lab processes to pilot and production level
- Maintain proper documentation of experiments and reports
- Coordinate with production team for process transfer
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and suggest improvements
- Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in chemical R&D
