About the Role :
Project Manager with a strongbackground in the Windows & Façade industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects related to aluminium, uPVC windows, glass, and façade systems while ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution and closure
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Handle site execution, installation, and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
• Resolve project-related issues and mitigate risks proactively
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication records
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
Industry Requirement (Mandatory)
Candidates must have prior experience working with or in companies dealing with:
Fenesta, Schuco, MyWindows, Technal, Saint-Gobain, Gold Plus, Aluminium Windows, uPVC
Windows, Glass, Façade systems, or similar segments (including exposure to brands like Asian
Paints projects involving façade or architectural solutions)
Required Skills
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Knowledge of aluminium/uPVC window systems and façade execution
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
