SURVEYOR FOR BUILDING WORK & CONSTRUCTION - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Site Layout & Control: Setting up, marking, and maintaining vertical benchmarks and grid lines for building construction, often dividing tasks into civil (earthwork) and building (structure) packages.
• Data Analysis & Mapping: Conducting topographic surveys, researching land records, and creating precise, actionable maps and 3D models.
• Compliance & Inspection: Ensuring projects adhere to building regulations, zoning laws, and safety codes.
• Collaboration: Working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to report on progress, resolve issues, and ensure structural accuracy.
• Documentation: Preparing site reports, property plats, and survey results for clients and government authorities. 
  Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, GIS, GPS equipment, and traditional surveying instruments like transit levels.
• Skills: Strong mathematics, analytical problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience: Previous experience as a surveyor or in a similar construction role is typically required.
