Job Description:

Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing activities to generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and strengthen brand presence. The role requires a mix of analytical thinking, execution capability, and performance-driven mindset.

KRA: Task / Activities

  • Conduct structured competitor analysis (SEO, paid ads, messaging, funnel gaps)
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Monitor website performance using GA4 & Google Search Console
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion rate (CRO)
  • Implement SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical basics)
  • Manage CRM workflows and marketing automation
  • Track campaign performance using UTM parameters and attribution models
  • Collaborate on content, creatives, and brand consistency
  • Identify and fix technical or marketing performance issues
  • Support social media strategy and organic growth initiatives

KPI: Performance Metrics

  • Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Conversion Rate (CVR)
  • Website Traffic Growth
  • Lead Quality & Funnel Conversion
  • Campaign ROI
  • Engagement Metrics (CTR, bounce rate, session duration)
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU, CAC, CPL, CTR, ROAS)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Search Console
  • Basic design skills (Canva / Adobe / Figma)
  • CRM handling and workflow automation knowledge
  • UTM tracking and campaign attribution

Preferred skills

  • Experience with tools like Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Landing page creation & A/B testing
  • Email & WhatsApp marketing tools (Zoho, Mailchimp)
  • Video editing for short-form content (Reels, Ads)
  • Reporting dashboards & data interpretation
