Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities
 Provide sales and administrative support to the Key Account / Sales Team.
 Handle SAP Ariba, Reliance and other customer procurement portals.
 Manage RFQs, enquiries, quotations and online order processing within defined
timelines.
 Coordinate internally for pricing, product availability, technical details,
documentation and delivery timelines.
 Manage POs, PI sharing, order confirmation and dispatch coordination.
 Coordinate with key customers for order status, ETA, queries and issue resolution.
 Follow up for pending quotations, orders, repeat business and payments.
 Maintain CRM, RFQ/enquiry trackers, order status and sales reports.
 Ensure timely submission of portal requirements and proper maintenance of key
account documentation.
Key Skills
 Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba / Reliance / Customer Portals.
 Knowledge of RFQ, quotation, PO and B2B sales processes.
 Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
 Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and sales reporting.
 Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in Key Account / Sales Support / Sales
