We are looking out for Male Candidate – Who will be handling a particular region in India.
Job Purpose: Calling & Managing Sales Lead and assist in sales closure.
Responsibilities:
* Lead regional sales operations to achieve revenue and market share targets..
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies, channel partner
management, and dealer network expansion.
* Manage, guide, and motivate sales engineers and marketing executives to
meet assigned targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors,
builders, and government bodies of the particular Region
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to drive
sales growth.
* Coordinate with service, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth
order execution and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor sales MIS, forecasts, collections, and ensure compliance with
company policies.
Requisite Skills:
* Excellent Communication Skills and presentation skills,
* Ability to work under pressure
* Hands-on experience in MS office and Internet
* Multi-tasking
