🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales operations across the West region of India.
The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding channel networks, managing key accounts, and leading regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
📊 Sales & Business Growth
• Lead and drive sales operations across West India
• Achieve regional sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
🤝 Channel & Key Account Management
• Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
• Build strong relationships with OEMs and large industrial clients
• Manage and grow key accounts in the region
👥 Team Management
• Guide and mentor Area Sales Managers and sales teams
• Drive performance through regular reviews and target tracking
• Build a high-performance sales culture
💼 Commercial & Execution
• Handle techno-commercial discussions and high-value deals
• Ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, service, finance)
📈 Market Intelligence & Collections
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables
• Track regional performance and prepare MIS reports
💻 Required Skills
• Strong experience in B2B industrial sales
• Knowledge of pneumatics / compressors / capital equipment
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Strong leadership and team management ability
• Good understanding of regional market dynamics
