Job Description:

Role Purpose

Drive acquisition and relationship management of mid-corporate clients, build a strong lending portfolio, and achieve business targets across working capital & structured finance products.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Acquisition

* Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) mid-corporate clients through direct sourcing and market channels
* Handle corporates with turnover ₹500–1000 Cr (Mid Corporate segment)
* Build strong deal pipeline and drive closures till disbursement

Revenue & Portfolio Management

* Achieve disbursement, revenue, and yield targets for the assigned region
* Manage and grow portfolio through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
* Drive fee income via structured deals and product penetration

Client Relationship Management

* Maintain relationships with key corporates, CFOs, promoters
* Ensure high client engagement, retention, and repeat business
* Address client servicing and transactional queries

Product & Deal Structuring

* Offer solutions across:
* Working Capital (CC/OD)
* Term Loans
* Supply Chain Finance
* Bank Guarantees / LCs
* Structure customized financing solutions based on client needs

Team Management (if applicable)

Lead and manage a team of RMs/Executives
Monitor productivity, target achievement, and pipeline
Provide coaching and market inputs

Risk & Compliance

Ensure proper credit assessment & documentation
Coordinate with credit and risk teams for approvals
Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquencies

Market Intelligence

Identify new industry segments and business opportunities
Track competition, pricing, and market trends

Key Requirements

* MBA / Graduate (Finance preferred)
* 6–12 years experience in Mid Corporate / Commercial Banking / NBFC
* Strong exposure to:
* Corporate lending
* Working capital products
* Relationship management
