Executive Assistant
Job Description:
Exp required : 5-7 years of experience in operations or management role, ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent Graduation)

Strategic Support : Assist Founder with operations, track projects, and prepare business plans/reports.
Project Management : Lead key projects, ensure deadlines, and coordinate between teams.
Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders and act as primary contact for critical matters.
Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion and provide trusted advice to the Founder
