We are looking for Accounts Manager holding a postgraduate qualification and Inter CA, skilled in accounting, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and team management, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Review and approve journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations

GST & Tax Compliance

• Supervise preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns)
• Ensure timely TDS deduction, payment, and return filing
• Handle GST/TDS assessments, notices, and compliance matters

Accounts Finalization

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits

Team Management

• Supervise and guide the accounting team
• Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work

Reconciliation & Controls

• Ensure bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations are accurate
• Implement internal controls and improve accounting processes

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making
• Provide insights on cost control and profitability

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to statutory laws, accounting standards, and company policies
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements

Software & Systems

• Expertise in Tally, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel
