Customer Support – Sales (Back Office)

This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, supporting the sales team, and ensuring consistent follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be trainable, disciplined, and comfortable communicating with customers across calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Customer Handling (Training + Execution)
· Attend incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Share basic product information (training will be provided)
- Maintain professional communication with customers
Sales Support
- Follow up with leads regularly (call/WhatsApp/email)
- Share quotations, brochures, and basic details
- Support sales team in moving leads toward closure
Data & CRM Management
- Maintain lead database (Excel/CRM)
- Update status of each inquiry daily
- Ensure no missed leads or follow-ups
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with sales & operations teams
- Track customer queries, order status, and updates
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Required Skills
- Basic communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Comfortable handling calls and customer conversations
- Basic knowledge of Excel / data entry
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups
Preferred skills
- Prior exposure to customer support or sales support roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Experience handling WhatsApp/email communication
