Job Description:

Role Summary

A core execution-focused role aimed at quantity validation and cost control. The ideal candidate ensures that every cubic meter of work is accounted for, billed correctly, and that material wastage is minimized.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Estimation & Take-offs: Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements; validate BOQ quantities
• Billing Support: Prepare client and subcontractor bills; track variations, extra items, and deviations
• Cost Tracking: Monitor material consumption vs theoretical quantities to identify wastage or leakage
• Documentation: Maintain reconciliation statements, measurement sheets, and billing records
• Coordination: Work closely with site engineers, planning, and billing teams for data accuracy and timelines

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Accuracy in quantity take-offs and measurement validation
• Timely submission of billing inputs and documentation
• Reduction in quantity errors and rework
• Control over material wastage and variances
• Efficiency in billing cycle support and coordination

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs and BOQ validation
• Experience in billing processes (client & subcontractor)
• Ability to handle measurement sheets and reconciliation
• Good understanding of drawings and site execution

Preferred skills

• Basic knowledge of rate analysis and cost tracking
• Exposure to contract terms and variation claims
• Familiarity with Excel and reporting formats
