SHOWROOM SALES EXECUTIVE FOR JEWELLERS - RAIPUR, CHHATTISGARH

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive for a jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
• Explain product features, pricing, purity, and designs to customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
• Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales support.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Manage inventory checks and coordinate with the stock team.
• Follow company policies regarding security and customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate.
• Experience in jewellery or retail showroom sales preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with customer-handling ability.
• Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
