Job Description:
| Responsibilities: | ||||||||||||
| 1) | Understanding,reviewing and implementation of Customer Specific Requirements | |||||||||||
| 2) | Co-ordinating and leading existing and/or potential customer, third party audits/visits | |||||||||||
| 3) | Customer feedback and performance review (Customer satisfaction, PPMs, ratings etc) | |||||||||||
| 4) | Customer complaint handling and warranty management | |||||||||||
| 5) | Supporting new product development and approvals | |||||||||||
| 6) | Inhouse process performance, capability monitoring with CFT | |||||||||||
| 7) | Evaluating rejection, rework data on regular basis against target with CFT | |||||||||||
| 8) | Organising and participating PFMEA and CP reviews at planned intervals | |||||||||||
| 9) | Leading PPAP and part,process approval audits by external parties | |||||||||||
| 10) | Organising meetings with CFT to review planned actions against internal/external concerns | |||||||||||
| 11) | Planning & executing internal system audits and co-ordinating management reviews | |||||||||||
| 12) | Departmental performance (KPIs) review and updation to top management on monthly basis | |||||||||||
| 13) | Establish, implement, monitor effective implementation of QMS (acc to IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 etc) | |||||||||||
| 14) | Establish, implement, monitor effective implementation of EMS (ISO 14001) being EMS Co-ordinator | |||||||||||
| 15) | Identification of training needs and imparting trainings within organization | |||||||||||
| 16) | Ensure Health nand Safety requirements inline with Legal Parties / Government Agencies / Customers , create awareness among the employees throughout the organisation | |||||||||||
| 17) | Continuous updation on Zero defect strategy and rejection/rework reduction plan | |||||||||||
| 18) | Preparing departmental annual budget for resources and expenses | |||||||||||
| 19) | Identify and address internal/external concerns of interested parties to the top management | |||||||||||
| 20) | Moderating continual improvement and cost reduction projects | |||||||||||
| Authorities: | ||||||||||||
| 1) | Approving supplier PSWs and release for SOP | |||||||||||
| 2) | Approving customer PSWs during PPAP submission | |||||||||||
| 3) | Approving internal control plans | |||||||||||
| 4) | Raising non-conformities within organization | |||||||||||
| 5) | To stop shipment and stop prodution to correct quality problems | |||||||||||
| 6) | Approving inhouse / external trainings for QMS/EMS | |||||||||||
| 7) | Approving departmental (personnel) KPIs | |||||||||||
| 8) | Approving 4M changes | |||||||||||
| Skills Required to perform duty effectively: | ||||||||||||
| 1) | Certified (IATF16949:2016) internal auditor | |||||||||||
| 2) | Certified (ISO14001:2015) internal auditor | |||||||||||
| 3) | Knowledge of core tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC) | |||||||||||
| 4) | Awareness over VDA6.3 process audit | |||||||||||
| 5) | OEM specific requirements | |||||||||||
