Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and set up Meta Ads accounts (Facebook & Instagram) from scratch
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns (especially video ads)
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals (lead generation, branding, hiring)
- Optimize ads for performance (CTR, CPC, conversions)
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and copies
- Monitor budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns
- Share regular performance reports and insights
Requirements:
- 2+ years hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong expertise in video ad / static ad / carousel ad campaigns and lead generation
- Good understanding of audience targeting, pixel setup, and retargeting
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Prior experience in HR and ads targetting in Gulf/ US/ Overseas market is a plus
