Job Title: HR EXECUTIVE – STEEL MANUFACTURING

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, production, maintenance, and support roles.
• Handle employee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave management for factory workforce.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory rules, and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Process payroll including overtime, shift allowances, and deductions.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
• Manage industrial relations and resolve worker grievances on shop floor.
• Coordinate with production and plant heads for manpower planning.
• Support safety policies, training programs, and compliance within plant operations.
• Conduct onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA in HR

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years (preferably in steel or manufacturing industry)

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
• Industrial relations handling
• Payroll & HRMS systems
• Strong communication skills
• MS Excel & reporting
