Project Manager – New Clinic Setup

Job Overview:
The role will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle for setting up new clinics, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery through planning, resource allocation, and team leadership. The individual will act as the central point of communication during the process of identifying and setting up new clinics as part of the expansion plan of Crown Vet, managing team resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Defining Scope: Establishing clear project goals, defining the scope, and creating detailed plans (timelines, milestones, budgets).
Execution & Monitoring: Driving the daily work, keeping projects on schedule, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
Risk & Change Management: Identifying potential problems (risk) and developing contingency plans, in a timely and efficient manner.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serving as the main contact for stakeholders, gathering, and distributing project information, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Developing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial efficiency.
Resource Management: Allocating resources, delegating tasks to team members based on skills, and managing the project budget.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting on KPIs, and conducting post-project evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any suitable field

Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing multiple projects through the entire life cycle
Proficient with tools for project management.

Skills:
Strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyse data and generate reports for decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:
Experience in B2C business formats, managing set up of new sites, in multiple locations.
The role will require significant amount of travel and need to be deputed at site locations for long periods of time.
