We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in the FMCG industry who can lead both people strategy and end-to-end talent acquisition, including hiring top
talent for critical roles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and driving performance driven HR practices within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
A significant focus of this role will be on building and scaling teams across Marketing/Branding and Sales functions, ensuring the organization attracts and retains high-quality talent aligned with
business growth objectives.
The role involves managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with
business objectives and organizational growth.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will act as a key HR, responsible for driving core HR initiatives such as recruitment, talent management, performance systems, employee engagement, and people analytics, ensuring
alignment with business objectives in a fast-paced FMCG setup.
A critical aspect of this role is strategic hiring and team building, particularly for:
Marketing & Branding teams (Brand Managers, Content Strategists, Social Media Managers)
Sales teams (B2B Sales, Business Development, Online Sales, Marketplaces, E-commerce,
Quick Commerce)
Key Requirements
5–10+ years of progressive HR experience
Mandatory experience in FMCG industry
Experience in medium to large-scale organizations
Exposure to matrix organizational structures
Strong background in people-centric and performance-driven organizations
Prior experience in HR Business Partner (HRBP) and/or HR COE (Center of Excellence) roles
Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition (end-to-end hiring across
functions)
Proven experience in hiring for Marketing, Branding, and Sales roles
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in end-to-end HR management, including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management
Hands-on experience in talent acquisition (full-cycle hiring) for critical and mid-senior level roles
Proven experience in building and scaling teams, especially in Marketing/Branding and Sales functions
Deep understanding of FMCG industry HR practices and fast-paced business environments
Experience in matrix organizational structures and managing multiple business units
Proficiency in People Analytics and HR MIS reporting for data-driven decision making
Strong knowledge of performance management systems, goal setting, and appraisal cycles
Experience in employee engagement, surveys, and retention initiatives
Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability with a people-first mindset and execution focus
Ability to work effectively in high-growth, dynamic FMCG environments
