Location: Bhopal (Head Office)
Reports to: Managing Director
Industry: FMCG - Detergents, Agarbattis, Soaps, Spices, Salts
Experience: Minimum 10-14 years
CTC: ₹10-15 LPA (negotiable based on experience)

Role Summary
This role is part of the organization’s ongoing strengthening of its Human Resources function, with a
primary focus on Talent Acquisition for key business roles. The position will play a critical role in
attracting and building high-quality leadership talent across sales and corporate functions, while
contributing to the continued evolution of HR processes and people practices in line with the company’s
growth. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and functional heads, along with
managing a HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Own end-to-end hiring forsales leadership roles across the company’s operating geographies
• Lead senior corporate hiring across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other HO functions
• Build and manage relationships with search consultants, referral networks, and direct sourcing
channels
• Partner with the MD and function heads on workforce planning and succession for critical roles
• Introduce structured hiring processes - JDs, interview frameworks, candidate tracking, offer
management
• Provide functional oversight to the existing plant HR team for worker hiring and site compliance
HR Build-Out (Progressive)
• Establish foundational HR policies, onboarding, and compliance processes
• Set up Performance Management and goal-setting frameworks
• Partner with leadership on organisation design and people decisions
• Take on broader HR leadership as the function matures
Candidate Profile
Experience
• 10-14 years of experience in FMCG, consumer, or regional manufacturing
• Substantial time in Talent Acquisition or HRBP roles
• Proven experience in hiring for sales leadership roles, particularly in Central and North India
• Experience hiring for corporate roles in established organizations
Skills and Attributes
• Strong industry network across FMCG talent pools
• Ability to effectively position opportunities within a stable, growth-oriented organization
• Hands-on execution mindset with the ability to build simple, workable systems
• Working knowledge of labour compliance and HR fundamentals
• Willingness to be based in Bhopal with regional travel as required
