Job Description:

Position – Asst. Manager | Manager
Role – Business Analyst | MIS
Reporting to – Executive Vice President
Location – Andheri, Mumbai
Organization – The Supreme Industries Ltd.
Brief JD:
1. Business Analysis and Preparation of Diagnostic Reports.
2. Coordination with sales and manufacturing, cross functional coordination.
3. Identification of gaps and preparing roadmap to overcome.
4. Provide strategic inputs in the form of data analysis for decision making.
5. Preparation of Long term strategy for diversification, New Technology & Product types.
6. Strategy formulation: coordinate with functions to formulate & implement strategy.
7. Drive Strategic Initiatives for Sales Planning, Raw Material Cost Reduction, Operations Improvement, and
Resource Planning.
8. Analysing the key issues in daily operations and act as a decision support for EVP.
9. Providing data and analytical support to the Director through efficient use of MIS reports and tools.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience | Engineering Background with M.B.A. in Finance or Marketing or Operation
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills | Analytical skills | Presentation skill | MS Office Knowledge.
