💼 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Recruitment & Staffing

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, references, and consultants
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with department heads
  • Maintaining recruitment database and reports

🔹 HR Operations

  • Employee onboarding & induction process
  • Documentation & employee file management
  • Attendance, leave management & HR records

🔹 Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Assist in payroll processing
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)
  • Maintain HR MIS reports

🔹 Employee Engagement

  • Organize employee engagement activities
  • Handle employee queries and grievance support
  • Support performance management processes

🧠 Skills Required

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
  • MS Excel & HR software knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
