Location - Andheri

Working days - Mon to Fri

Time - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

It will be on third party payroll of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd

Implement Pharmacovigilance (PV) Training project across all affiliates at Abbott under guidance of respective Affiliate Safety Representative (ASR) project leads.
Administrative PV activity support at EPD India like documentation, archival and filing and other PV activities.
To act backup and support worldwide EPD ASRs in PV relevant documents archival and maintenance process in DARIUS and RIMS.

Basic Pharmacovigilance training responsibilities:
• Assist ASR in conducting Basic PV Training of company staff.
• Support ASR to achieve compliance for training.
• As required, assign training via email & track completion of training in systems like DocuSign and in Isotrain.
• Send reminders to defaulters and provide status updates to the India ASR.
• Maintain all the records for training provided/delivered by India ASR, including soft and hard copy archival in respective files and folders.
• Document and archive all training related communications in a dedicated share drive.
• Present periodic status on assignment and tracking of training to project leads/ASR.
• Administrative PV activity support at EPD India like, but not limited to, documentation, archival, filing, and other PV activities.
• Support India ASR during audits and inspections as applicable.

Affiliate PV ISOtrain coordinator:
• Ensure that PV affiliate and non-PV functions are assigned with all applicable PV-relevant
• training in Isotrain.
• Ensure maintenance of ISOtrain i.e., timely creation/deletion of new and old accounts respectively
• Handle past due training.
