Job Description:

Job Summary :
Assistant / Deputy Sales Manager with experience in the interior design industry. The role involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives within the interiors and design space.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design, architecture, and real estate sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and end clients
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with design, project, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management review
• Stay updated on market trends, materials, and competitor offerings in the interior industry
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business  

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the interior design / fit-out / furniture industry
• Strong network within the architecture and interior design community is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand design concepts, materials, and project requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
