Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
  • Close sales efficiently and handle billing processes.
  • Maintain and monitor stock levels regularly.
  • Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
 
 

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills

  • Strong Sales Acumen
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Retail Knowledge of Branded Products (Compulsory in Eyewear/Optical)
  • Preferably from a background in luxury goods or high-end retail
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • 1-3 years of Experience
