JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager / Export Business Manager to drive domestic and international growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture input business and a proven track record in B2B sales and global market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand B2B sales of Nano Fertilizers in the domestic market
  • Develop and execute strategies for international business expansion.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish global partnerships and country-specific representatives.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value business deals.
  • Represent the company in international markets and build long-term relationships
  • Demonstrate quick understanding of technical product knowledge

 Skills & Requirements:

Excellent command of English (spoken and written) Strong negotiation and presentation skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Willingness to travel (Domestic & International) Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Male candidate with 10+ years of experience in Business Development Prior experience in agriculture inputs/fertilizer industry will be highly preferred
