Assistant / Deputy Sales Manager - Lighting

Role Overview :
Assistant / Deputy Sales Manager with 6-5 years of experience in the lighting industry. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored lighting solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the lighting segment
• Identify and generate new business opportunities with MEP Consultants, Lighting and Electrical Consultants, architects, interior designers, and builders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements
• Recommend appropriate lighting solutions (decorative, architectural, and technical lighting) based on client needs
• Prepare proposals, BOQs, and quotations; lead negotiations and closure of deals
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution
• Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and submit regular reports
• Stay updated on lighting trends, technologies (LED, smart lighting, automation), and competitor offerings
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in all type of Lighting sales and or LV switchgear, Electrical Material industry
• Strong network with MEP Consultants, Lighting and Electrical Consultants, architects, interior designers, and builders
• Good understanding of lighting products, specifications, and applications
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
