Devops Engineer

Infrastructure & Platform EngineeringAbout the Role We're looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure that powers our platform end-to-end: from server provisioning and Kubernetes operations to CI/CD pipelines, database administration, and observability. You'll work on real-scale challenges — distributed systems, multi region deployments, and a diverse backend stack — alongside a strong engineering team. Responsibilities  Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for web services at scale  Administer and optimize MySQL, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse databases  Operate and evolve Kubernetes clusters — workload management, scaling, reliability  Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)  Implement and improve monitoring and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics)  Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration (Docker, Ansible, Terraform)  Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes and system reliability  Proactively identify bottlenecks and drive improvements across the stack  Requirements  Expert Linux administration skills  Hands-on Kubernetes experience (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting)  Strong knowledge of database principles and operations — MySQL, PostgreSQL  Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Golang  Experience with configuration management: Ansible or similar  Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)  Experience with CI/CD tools: TeamCity, GitLab CI  Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, routing, and data transmission protocols  Self-driven learner — able to independently adopt and implement new technologies  Nice to Have  ClickHouse administration experience  Familiarity with VictoriaMetrics or other time-series databases  Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows Tech Stack Linux · Kubernetes · Docker · Ansible · Terraform · MySQL · PostgreSQL · ClickHouse · MariaDB · Redis · Nginx · TeamCity · GitLab CI · ArgoCD · Grafana · Prometheus · VictoriaMetrics · AWS
