Experience
● Minimum 5+ years (including 2+ years as Team Lead & handing min 2+ years of exp.
members). (Male candidates are highly preferred )
Candidates must have experience in both Node.js and React.js:
If the candidate is stronger in one technology:
● React.js primary: Minimum 2 years of experience in Node.js is required
● Node.js primary: Minimum 2 years of experience in React.js is required

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js,
along with database management and system architecture experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues in MySQL/PostgreSQL
● Lead development using Node.js and React.js
● Collaborate with project and sales teams for project scoping
● Monitor system performance and optimize applications
● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
● Participate in system design and development
● Ensure code quality and best practices
● Stay updated with latest technologies

Skills & Requirements
● Strong expertise in Node.js + React.js (both mandatory)
● Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL
● Knowledge of React workflows (Redux/Flux)
● Strong JavaScript fundamentals
● Experience with RESTful APIs
● Familiarity with Linux environment
● Proficiency in Git/version control
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Additional Requirements
● Minimum 2 years as Team Lead
● Experience managing a team of at least 5 members
● Experience in Accounting or GST domain (mandatory)
● Hands-on coding capability (Live coding / Vibe coding expected)

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening Criteria)
● Experience in SaaS-based products (Fintech domain only)
● Strong team handling experience
