About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition for project-based organizations. Candidates who have previously worked with companies similar to Hospertz India Private Limited or within healthcare, hospital projects, EPC, infrastructure, or consulting industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, corporate, and project-based roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
  • Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements within defined timelines
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports
  • Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
  • Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination for new hires
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and future hiring requirements
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, sourcing effectiveness, and closure ratios
  • Handle employee engagement and recruitment branding initiatives when required
  • Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
  • Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Knowledge of recruitment MIS and reporting
  • Good understanding of HR processes and onboarding
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software/tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates having prior experience in healthcare organizations, hospital project companies, construction/EPC firms, infrastructure companies, consulting firms, or fast-paced recruitment environments will be preferred.
