Client Acquisition Executive(Hybrid)
Job Description:
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Executive responsible for end-to-end client acquisition for our Recruitment Services across India and international markets.
This is a pure sales role involving prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Connect with decision-makers (HR Heads, Founders, CXOs)
- Pitch recruitment and HR solutions and close new business deals
- Negotiate commercials as per company’s pricing structure
- Onboard clients and coordinate with the delivery team for smooth execution
- Maintain CRM/data hygiene and track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
- Drive both domestic and international business development
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in B2B sales / business development / recruitment sales
- Strong cold calling and deal-closing experience
- Proven track record in client acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined
Compensation Structure (Sales-Focused & Revenue-Aligned)
Fixed Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month + Incentive
