Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to expand our global client base through proactive outreach and relationship building. You will own the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects and generating leads to closing deals and handing off to our delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound sales, enjoys working across time zones, and can articulate complex technical services to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting – Research and identify potential clients in target industries (AEC, real estate development, construction) across North America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC markets.
Outbound Outreach – Execute multi-channel campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry events) to build pipeline and book discovery meetings.
Consultative Selling – Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate how Virtual Building Studio & services solve specific project challenges.
Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records in CRM, forecast revenue, and provide regular updates to leadership on deal progress.
Proposal & Negotiation – Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts in collaboration with technical and operations teams.
Market Intelligence – Track industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategy and service development.
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, project delivery, and leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Experience
2–5 years in B2B sales, preferably selling services to architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate clients.
Proven track record in outbound sales and cold outreach—comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects.
Experience generating and qualifying leads independently.
Exposure to international/global markets; comfortable working across time zones and cultural contexts.
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication in English; additional languages a plus.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement platforms.
Ability to understand and articulate technical services (BIM, CAD, 3D visualization) to non-technical buyers.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
Nice to Have
Background or familiarity with BIM, architectural design, or construction workflows.
Existing network in AEC or real estate development sectors.
Experience with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies.
