Job Description:
A Sales Executive for Medical Device Accessories and Consumables focuses on selling high-turnover products (consumables/disposables) to hospitals, clinics, and labs, aiming for high-volume sales, repeat orders, and consistent revenue growth. Responsibilities include building relationships with clinicians, demonstrating product usage, managing inventory replenishments, and meeting regional targets. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Sales: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key accounts such as hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics.
  • Product Promotion & Demonstration: Demonstrate the clinical benefits of medical devices, accessories, and consumables to doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Order Fulfillment: Drive repeat orders and manage inventory turnover of consumables and accessories.
  • Field Coverage: Actively visit prospects and existing clients to provide technical support and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with end-users (nurses, technicians) and procurement authorities.
  • Market Analysis: Research competitor products, pricing, and market trends to adapt sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasting, and submit timely market feedback.
  • Tender Management: Participate in hospital or government tenders. 
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (Pharmacy preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or hospital consumable sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminology and familiarity with the healthcare industry and sterile consumables.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Licensing: A valid driver's license for travel.
