leading manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Works Manager for its Irungattukottai (Near Chennai) facility.
Key Requirements:
✔ Expertise in CNC Programming
✔ Hands-on experience with Cold Forging Machines
✔ Strong skills in Production Planning, Execution & Daily Output Management
✔ Proven leadership experience managing and motivating a 100+ member shop floor team
✔ B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 8–12 years of experience in Forging/Machining plants
