Job Description:

Role: Business Analyst & MIS
Designation: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager
Department: Lead Management System
Experience: 6 to 10 yrs

Key Responsibilities

 Reporting & Analytics
o Manage intelligent central reporting for:

 Leads, Sales, Logins, Disbursements, NRP, SE
o Track and monitor project exposure and performance metrics

 Market Intelligence
o Gather and analyze market insights on new launches
o Provide actionable insights for business teams

 Reconciliation & Compliance
o Perform RERA / LF / SSR reconciliation
o Ensure accuracy and consistency of project data

 Field & Business Support
o Prepare site visit reports
o Assist in goal setting across sales hierarchies

 Digital Initiatives
o Execute digital interventions such as:

 Nudges

 WhatsApp communications
o Improve engagement through digital channels

 Budget & Expense Management
o Plan and track marketing material budgets
o Monitor expense utilization

 Product & Policy Coordination
o Document product policies
o Follow up for approvals with HL Product teams

 Technology & Automation
o Identify scope for automation and process improvement
o Work with tech teams to implement solutions

 Engagement & Incentives
o Design and manage contests for sales teams

 Audit & Validation
o Conduct random audits
o Validate data with BD (Business Development teams)

Experience (Suggested)

 Full Time MBA (preferably)
o Product Management / Business Analysis / MIS roles

 Experience in banking / housing finance / project monitoring preferred
