Technical Application Specialist For MNC At Bangalore Location

Job Description:

Provide technical application support for CoreDx (IACC) diagnostic products to customers and internal teams.

Conduct product trainings for customers, distributors, and field service teams on instrument operation and assay workflows.

Perform assay validations and verification studies to ensure accurate and reliable test performance.

Troubleshoot assay-related issues, including sample preparation, reagent performance, instrument errors, and result interpretation.

Support customers during installation, method setup, and implementation of new assays.

Engage directly with customers to resolve technical queries and optimize product utilization.

Deliver pre-sales technical support by providing product demonstrations, application presentations, and feasibility discussions.

Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth operation, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Coordinate with sales, service, and product teams to address customer requirements and technical concerns.

Maintain detailed documentation of validations, troubleshooting activities, and customer interactions.

Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and application notes.

Build strong customer relationships to enhance product adoption and long-term business growth.

Additional Details :

1. Working Days: Monday to Saturday

2. Gender Preference: Open to all

3. Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

4. Interview Process: Virtual Interview (2–3 rounds)

5. Job Location: Bangalore (Field work – Hospitals)

6. Age Criteria: Up to 35 years

7. Educational Qualification: Medical laboratory and Relevant science streams

8. Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years

9. Industry preference: Medical (IVD)

Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
