Food Technologist (Shop Floor Operations)
Job Description:
Department: Production / QA (Integrated Role : Plant / Shop Floor)
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor end-to-end production process to ensure food safety and quality compliance
Control critical parameters such as moisture, purity, mesh size, swell volume, fiber content
Perform in-process quality checks and approve batch stages
Ensure strict implementation of HACCP, GMP, hygiene, and CCP controls on shop floor
Identify deviations and lead root cause analysis & CAPA (Corrective Actions)
Work closely with Production, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations
Maintain batch records, traceability, and documentation
Support customer audits, regulatory audits, and certification processes
Drive process improvement initiatives for better yield, consistency, and cost efficiency
Ensure zero contamination and strict hygiene discipline in manufacturing
Ensure product quality, food safety, and process consistency by closely monitoring shop floor operations and aligning production with global compliance standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, BRC).
