JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Manager – Accounts to manage and oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and finalization of accounts. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of Tally, GST, Balance Sheet preparation, and accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP accurately.
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Financial Statements.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST returns and taxation matters.
• Manage bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for financial reporting.
• Prepare MIS reports and support management in financial planning.
• Ensure proper documentation and accounting controls.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP
• Good understanding of GST, taxation, and accounting standards
• Experience in Balance Sheet finalization
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Leadership and team handling capability
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
