Job Description:

We have urgent opening for HR & Admin Executive.

Location - Chembur Mumbai

Experience - Minimum 2 Yr

 

Job Description - 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files)
  • Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and policies
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative role 
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality handling
