Front Office Executive
Job Description:
Role Summary
The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling client interactions, and ensuring smooth coordination of day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The role also involves providing dedicated coordination and administrative support to the Managing Director (MD).
KRA: Task / Activities
- Manage front desk operations including welcoming clients, visitors, and ensuring a professional office environment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with clear, prompt, and courteous communication
- Schedule and manage appointments, calendars, and meetings for the office and the Managing Director (MD)
- Coordinate travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics for both office requirements and the MD
- Maintain visitor logs, office records, documentation, and ensure proper data organization
- Act as a coordination point between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders, including preparing reports and following up on key tasks
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Professional handling of front office and client interactions
- Timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal errors
- Clear, prompt, and courteous communication
- Smooth day-to-day operational flow
- Effective coordination with minimal supervision
- Efficient and proactive support to the Managing Director
- Timely follow-ups and execution of MD-related tasks

Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic administrative and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work

- Experience in front office / receptionist role
- Exposure to travel, hospitality, or service industry
- Experience in handling client interactions
- Familiarity with scheduling tools
- Experience in executive/MD-level coordination
