RM Dealers– Retail Broking

Job Description:

As a RM Dealer you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue through sales of equity, mutual funds, and other investment products. The role demands strong market knowledge, client servicing, and sales capability to ensure business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and generate revenue through retail broking and wealth products.
• Assist in online trades execution and provide guidance on equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other investment products.
• Manage and enhance relationships with existing clients to increase business share.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities in equities, mutual funds, IPOs, and other products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through prompt service and query resolution.
• Ensure full compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and internal company policies.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

• Minimum: 2 years experience in relevant field
• Preferred: 2–6 years in broking / wealth / capital markets
• Knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs
• Experience in retail broking / wealth management / trading advisory
