Job Description:

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the office administration for the company to include upkeep and maintenance of the HQ office, general procurement; ensure all office equipment and supplies are available for day-to-day operations. Supervise Receptionist and Office Operations staff. Serve as point of contact for safety in office.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, and senior leaders (incl global visitors when in India)
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with key sales, marketing, training activity where required, i.e. exhibitions, press releases, customer roadshows, KOL engagement, educational programs etc.
  • Execute employee engagement events and support the leadership team to create a highly engaged culture in which team members feel valued. Leverage internal communication vehicles to ensure employee awareness, understanding, and participation in programs.
  • Be an active member of the CSR Working Group
  • Maintain the Business continuity plan and act as the Business Continuity coordinator
  • Support the regular reporting requirements, including drafting policies and procedures, SOPs; presentations; and any briefs or reports as assigned by the Managing Director.
  • Communicate effectively with local and global internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must comply with all applicable health & safety, export, and security regulations.


Desired work experience, education & skills:

  • Post graduate degree.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a global MNC environment is required. 10 years a plus.
  • High energy individual with excellent written, oral communications skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines and deliver results at pace
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Must have a continuous improvement mindset and be passionate about driving change
  • Thoroughly proficient with MS Office
