Job Description:
Key responsibilities
- Payroll Management - Timely payroll processing for employees (on-rolls/off-rolls) including related compliances.
- Manage the Leave and attendance management system
- Responsible for maintaining MIS & liasoning with Finance for salary JV & provision, etc,.
- Statutory compliance: Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and annual statutory compliances, also responsible for regular monthly compliance PF, PT, TDS, NPS, LWF, 24Q.
- Ensure completion of all HR audits and sharing the required data with auditors as required.
- Maintenance of personal files
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
- Manage & execute employee benefits such as medical insurance, employee grievance and any escalations thereof.
- Ongoing maintenance of HR MIS and HR Dashboards
- Responsible for Employee queries
- Vendor Management
Desired work experience, education & skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Excel. Experience in Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of work experience in HR Operations and payroll.
- Knowledge of compliances such as S&E, Gratuity, POSH, ER etc.
