Job Description:

Location

  • Pune, Maharashtra
  • Work From Home (WFH) role
  • Candidate should be based in Pune
  • Frequent client meetings and travel across Pune and other parts Maharashtra. Readiness to travel nearby state, if required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients for SAP solutions and services
  • Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, manufacturing companies, and enterprise clients across Maharashtra
  • Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams for solution discussions and proposal submissions
  • Handle consultative selling for SAP S/4HANA solutions and related services
  • Follow up on company-generated leads and also generate business through personal networks, references, cold outreach, and market connections
  • Identify opportunities for SAP implementation, migration, support, upgrades, and digital transformation projects
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports
  • Represent the company during client meetings, networking events, and industry interactions

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA sales/business development
  • Prior experience working with SAP partners is mandatory
  • Preference will be given to candidates from small or mid-sized SAP partner companies
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA offerings
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and account management
  • Strong network in Pune and Maharashtra market will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings across Maharashtra
