Job Description:
The Regional Head – PCG will be responsible for leading and managing the Private Client Group business across Gujarat, with a primary focus on servicing and growing relationships with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients.This is a strategic leadership role with a “non-playing captain” approach, where the incumbent will drive team performance, business growth, and client engagement through effective leadership rather than direct individual contribution. The RH will lead a multi-layered team comprising: Cluster Heads, who in turn manage Relationship Managers (RMs) responsible for client servicing and acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the PCG wealth business across the Gujarat region
- Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of HNI clients
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers and wealth professionals
- Ensure achievement of regional revenue and AUM targets
- Build and execute strategic plans for business growth and market penetration
- Monitor team performance and ensure high standards of client service
- Play an active role in recruitment and team building as part of KRAs
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Typical Experience Required:
- Minimum: 12–15 years overall experience
- Preferred: 15–20+ years experience
- Leadership roles: At least 5–8 years in team handling (Cluster Head / Branch Head / Regional roles)
Must-have experience areas
- Wealth Management / Private Banking / PCG business
- Handling HNI / UHNI client portfolio
- Managing AUM growth and revenue targets
- Leading multi-level teams (RMs, Cluster Heads)
- Strong exposure to investment products and advisory
Seniority Level
This is a senior leadership (Zonal/Regional Head level) role, so companies expect:
