Job Description:
The Outbound Business Development Executive is responsible for generating and nurturing leads through outbound efforts, with the primary objective of enabling Studio / Experience Centre / Factory visits. The role focuses on engaging builders and other prospective customers, creating interest in the company’s doors and interior solutions, and moving leads to the next stage of the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to potential customers, builders from provided databases
• Qualify leads based on need, budget, and timeline
• Position the company as a preferred solution provider for doors
• Build initial interest and maintain engagement through structured follow-ups
• Maintain regular touchpoints with key prospects
• Update all interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead database
• Ensure adherence to defined outreach and follow-up processes
Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Sales / Marketing)
• 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales / telecalling / business development
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers
• Basic understanding (or willingness to learn) of door solutions
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
