Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through field visits and local networks
- Conduct initial screening
- Coordinate with candidates for documentation and joining
- Maintain candidate database and daily hiring reports
- Meet hiring targets within deadlines
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel locally
- Experience in bulk hiring preferred
