Job Description:

We are hiring a BDM - Sr. manager in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in B2B sales and project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic solar market.
* Generate leads and acquire clients for:
* Rooftop Solar Projects
* Ground Mount Solar Projects
* Solar EPC Projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
* Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
* Coordinate with engineering and project execution teams for smooth project handover.
* Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and government solar policies.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Develop channel partners, consultants, and dealer networks where required.
* Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* 4–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the Solar Industry.
* Strong understanding of Solar EPC, Rooftop, and Ground Mount projects.
* Good network with industrial and commercial clients preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

* Male candidate preferred.
* Experience in handling domestic solar market projects.
* Strong knowledge of project costing and commercial discussions.
* Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
