We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Client Manager with an interior design background. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and coordinating interior projects from enquiry to completion.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and client-focused Interior Designer for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling client conversations from concept to final design execution. The candidate must be proficient in interior design software and capable of understanding client requirements, creating functional designs, and coordinating with teams for smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
➢  Interact with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
➢  Conduct client meetings and provide design consultation for residential interior projects.
➢  Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and space planning solutions.
➢  Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, presentations, and design proposals.
➢  Coordinate with execution teams, vendors, and site teams to ensure design implementation.
➢  Assist clients in selecting materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
➢  Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
➢  Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
➢  Maintain proper documentation, BOQs, and project-related reports.

Required skills and Qualifications:
➢  Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
➢  Minimum 6 Months- 8 years of experience in residential interior design.
➢  Strong knowledge of space planning and residential interior concepts.
➢  Proficiency in design software such as:

1.  AutoCAD
2.  SketchUp

➢  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
➢  Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities.
➢  Creative thinking with attention to detail.
➢  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
➢  Good coordination and teamwork skills.
