SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE - DYEING

Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on dyeing professional to manage bulk dyeing operations, handle shop-floor teams, and ensure consistent quality and timely deliveries.
The Job:

• Handle bulk dyeing operations with hands-on experience in dyeing machines and shift management.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot dyeing machines, support operators during production.
• Rectify operational and process-related issues to ensure smooth shift functioning.
• Follow up on machine maintenance, wear & tear, and coordinate with Engineering for ECO, JUMBO, and Sclavos machines.
• Ensure compliance to dyeing processes and parameters to achieve consistent quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to achieve 100% RFT and 100% OTD.

The Person Essential:

• Should have strong hands-on experience in dyeing operations, machine handling, and team management in a textile processing environment.
• Possess a Graduate in Textile Processing / Textile Technology or related field Qualification.
• 3-6 years’ experience in bulk dyeing operations with strong process knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in Viewtex and Orgatex programming, sample and baby dyeing.
• Strong team handling, problem-solving, and shop-floor coordination skills.
